A paved path follows the south shore of Lake Minneola from Victory Pointe, on the edge of historic downtown Clermont, east through Waterfront Park to the city boat ramp. The ride is flat and open, with the lake beside you most of the way.

Start at Forest Street Dog Park, where your dog can play in separate fenced yards for large and small dogs. The suggested route continues to John Gorrie Dog Park for another off-leash run, then to Memorial Park for a leashed walk beside the St. Johns River. If you want more park time, add Riverside Park’s leashed paths around the lake. The loop then brings you back to Forest Street.
