City Gate Spirits

City Gate Spirits is a small working distillery and tasting room on St. George Street in the heart of St. Augustine's Historic District, directly across from the Castillo de San Marcos. It's an easy stop to add while exploring the pedestrian district with your dog.

The distillery produces and bottles its spirits on site, with Florida-inspired whiskeys, rums, moonshines, and seasonal releases. Visitors can sample several of the spirits during an interactive tasting while learning about the distilling process and St. Augustine's long history with spirits. No reservation is required, and bottles are available to purchase.

Dogs are welcome and can join you for the tasting experience, giving you a dog-friendly stop without having to break from exploring Historic Downtown. City Gate Spirits is open daily from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.
