Surfside Park sits just north of the Vilano Bridge and opens onto a wide stretch of soft white sand, with parking, a pavilion, picnic tables, grills, restrooms and showers. Beachcombers look for shells, shark teeth and sea glass along the shoreline.

Dogs are welcome on the beach on a leash at all times, including in the water, with a 12 foot maximum under county rules. Pickup is required, and waste bags are available at most walkovers.
