Salt Shack on the Lake

Salt Shack on the Lake sits on the shore of Lake Minneola in Historic Downtown Clermont. The restaurant has open-air seating directly on the water, a covered lakefront patio, and indoor seating. Evenings here tend to come with a lake sunset.

The menu is built around fresh wild-caught Gulf seafood: shrimp, fish, oysters, clams, and crab. Caribbean-inspired dishes, tacos, and burgers round it out, and there's a kids' menu. The bar serves craft cocktails and mocktails all day. Live music is offered Thursday through Sunday.

Dogs are welcome on the outdoor patio. No reservations are taken. For large groups, put your name on the list when you arrive.
