The Saint Augustine Beach House

The Saint Augustine Beach House is an oceanfront boutique hotel located directly on dog-friendly Vilano Beach, just over three miles from Historic Downtown St. Augustine. Every guest room faces the Atlantic Ocean and includes a private balcony, king bed, daybed, seating area, and kitchenette.

The hotel is designed to welcome dogs as part of the vacation experience. Up to two dogs of any size are permitted in each room, with no breed or weight restrictions. Pet amenities include a gated dog run, outdoor rinsing station, dog towels, furniture covers and waste bags. Guests also have direct access to Vilano Beach, where dogs are welcome when leashed.

A complimentary cooked breakfast is prepared each morning, with a changing daily entrée, eggs, breakfast meats, home fries, fresh fruit, pastries and other selections. Guests can enjoy breakfast in their room, on their private balcony or outside near the beach. Complimentary beach chairs and towels are also provided.

Restaurants, shops, Publix and the Vilano Pier are within walking distance. Historic Downtown St. Augustine is a short drive away, and the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to the Historic District.
