Santiago's Florida Kitchen and Craft Bar

Santiago's Florida Kitchen and Craft Bar is a full-service restaurant inside Guy Harvey Resort on St. Augustine Beach, open to the public. The menu draws on Florida coastal, Latin American, and southern influences, with fresh seafood poke bowls, burgers, handmade cocktails, breakfast plates, and shareable appetizers.

The outdoor deck is open to leashed dogs throughout service hours. Every Monday from 4:00 to 7:00 pm, Santiago's hosts Pups on the Patio, with $1 off all drinks when you bring your dog. Dogs are welcome on the outdoor patio only and must remain on a leash.

Santiago's is open daily. Breakfast runs from 7:30 to 11:00 am. Lunch is noon to 3:00 pm. Dinner service starts at 4:00 pm and ends at 10:00 pm Sunday through Thursday and at 11:00 pm Friday and Saturday.
