Location Type placeholder
St. Augustine Distillery occupies a restored 1905 ice plant building at 112 Riberia Street in Historic Downtown St. Augustine. Founded by 20 local families, the distillery produces bourbon, rum, gin, and vodka using a farm-to-bottle approach, drawing on Florida ingredients and historic methods. The building, constructed in stages between 1905 and 1927, has been preserved and transformed into a working distillery with exhibits tracing the history of Florida spirits and the craft of distilling.
Leashed dogs are welcome on the self-guided tour and inside the building. The self-guided tour is available daily from 10:30 am to 5:30 pm with no reservation required. The retail shop is open from 10 am to 6 pm, seven days a week. Free on-site parking is available on a first-come basis.
The Ice Plant Bar and Restaurant operates upstairs in the same building under separate ownership.
